The Best Gin Martini Ever!

1 Blue Cheese Olive (or 3...)  if you really hate blue cheese, substitute boring old pimento stuffed olives.  

3 Parts Tanqueray gin

1 part Dry Vermouth

Splash of Olive Juice 

 

Mix gin and vermouth in martini shaker over ice.  Strain into martini glass, add olive juice and garnish.  

The key to this is the shaker.  Make sure to use very cold gin and SHAKE over LOTS of ice.  You want the result to be almost frosty and a tad bit cloudy after you add in the olive juice.
